We are always looking for ways to give back and help our community. In 2006, Jimmy Jacobs was selected to build a home for ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, in Austin. He also built multiple homes for Habitat for Humanity, Wounded Warriors, and other families in need. Servicing our community has been a major part of our history as a company and will continue to be a huge part of our future. The guiding principles of our company will continue to include giving back and helping others.

We frequently work with the Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center, Friendly Will Baptist Church, and the Locker of Georgetown.

Employee Directed Giving Program

Our Employee Directed Giving Program is one of the ways we support the causes that matter most to our team. Each quarter, employees are invited to nominate charities close to their hearts, and the company makes a donation to the organizations selected. By empowering our team to guide where contributions go, we not only give back to the community but also celebrate the values and passions of the people who make our work possible.

Since this program was launched in early 2025, Grand Endeavor Homes has donated to the following organizations:

Brookwood in Georgetown

Annunciation Maternity Home

Fellowship of Christian Athletes

Feed the Veterans

R.O.C.K.

Helping a Hero
